Your order in 6 simple steps
01Send your inquiryShare product names or Art numbers, quantities, materials and any branding needs through our contact form, a product page inquiry button or WhatsApp.
02Receive a quotationOur export team sends a detailed quotation with unit prices, MOQ, lead time and shipping options.
03Approve samplesOrder samples to check quality, finish and fit. Custom designs are developed from your drawing or sample.
04Confirm the orderConfirm quantities, branding and packaging, and arrange payment as agreed in the proforma invoice.
05Production & QCInstruments are forged, machined, hardened, finished, passivated and inspected piece by piece.
06Packing & shippingYour order is packed, documented and shipped by courier, air or sea freight to your destination.
Key terms
MOQ, samples, payment & shipping
Minimum order (MOQ)Flexible MOQ for standard catalogue instruments. Custom patterns, special finishes and private label packaging may need higher quantities. Ask us for the MOQ of each item.
SamplesSamples are available for quality approval before bulk orders. Sample charges and courier costs are confirmed with your quotation.
Lead timeTypically a few weeks depending on quantity, customisation and current production. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in the proforma invoice.
PaymentBank transfer (T/T), PayPal and major cards. Payment terms for repeat distributors can be discussed.
ShippingCourier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for smaller orders, air freight and sea freight for larger shipments. EXW, FOB and CIF terms available.
BrandingLaser marking of your brand, Art number and CE mark, plus custom boxes, pouches, kits and cassettes.
DocumentsCommercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and copies of ISO and CE certificates with every export shipment.

Can I order a mix of different instruments?
Yes. Most orders combine many patterns across surgical, dental and beauty ranges. Send us your full list and we will quote every item.
Can you make instruments from my drawing or sample?
Yes. Our R&D team develops custom patterns from drawings or physical samples and sends a prototype for approval before production. See design & development.
Can you put my brand on the instruments?
Yes. We offer laser marking and private label packaging. Read our guide to OEM and private label instruments.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export to 55 countries across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
How do I find an instrument's Art number?
Every product page shows an Art # badge. Use the Send Inquiry or WhatsApp button on the product page and the Art # is added to your message automatically.
